BROKEN TORSION SPRING:
If your garage door will not raise, check to see if your spring looks like the one pictured here. If so, do not use your electric opener and contact us immediately to have the spring replaced. NOTE: Torsion springs should always be replaced by a professional door dealer.
GEAR KIT FOR MOTOR:
If the opener motor runs but the door does not move, the gears may be worn. We can replace them for less than half the cost of a new opener. Below is a picture of a worn gear.
